KYC Process
betdbt may request identity verification documents in the following situations:

Welcome Bonus
- Bonus amount: Up to 120% of the first deposit, maximum ৳20,000
- Wagering requirement: 10 times the original bonus amount
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200
- Example: Deposit ৳34,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳54,000
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.
VIP Cashback Program
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
VIP level promotions are earned through regular play. Higher levels come with more benefits and priority support.
Bonus Abuse
betdbt reserves the right to suspend the relevant account and void bonuses if bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage is detected. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Betting and Game Rules

General Betting Rules
- A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled.
- If a round is left incomplete due to a technical fault, the bet amount will be refunded.
- In the event of a dispute over any game result, betdbt's decision will be considered final.

Live Betting
Odds for live betting on sports events may change at any time. If an event is cancelled or suspended, action will be taken in accordance with the relevant betting rules. For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other cricket tournaments, the official decisions of the relevant board will be considered final.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are entirely prohibited on betdbt, and if detected, the account will be closed immediately:
